Very well made product but a little pricey
Compared to other cheap tube type of product which doesn't attach rightly with each part together to function properly after several uses, each part of this product more accurately work and attach. It relieves my neck pain a lot with 30 minutes wearing in every 6 hours.However, a little less than 200 dollar is bit pricey. I believe 150 or a little less than that might be reasonable and also great to increase the number of trial user for this well made product.

It's pretty good quality and works well, but a little overpriced. I hope the price can be around $130~140.

This is very helpful devise for chronic neck oain
I originally purchased this item about 8 +\- years ago. Some of the Velcro parts were growing weary, hence this purchase as a replacement. The new one works as expected so I’m very happy. I deal with 24/7/365 neck pain. I use this item sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. It helps.
