Great product, super versatile and easy to install with basic technical skills. Customer support is great, they have videos explaining most of the situations you may encounter, and if not, they would give you additional information as needed. I highly recommend adding a 12V battery for power backup, so the lock doesn't stop working if there is an outage. I got the 4 doors system, used for 2 doors with a single keypad, and then for the 3rd door I used 2 keypads so I can track people going in and out. Software is simple and old-school, not a fancy interface, I'd say it's probably from early 2000s, which makes it more resilient and virtually bug free, as it's been around for so long. Really happy with the purchase, and excellent value for the price!

There is a lot to installing this product. The magnets, readers and exit buttons all need their own wire, and depending on where you install in your building, that can be a bit time consuming, but programming, and running is pretty easy, and the support is excellent. 2 things to keep in mind with support, make sure your questions are clear, and allow 24 hours for response. I promise you you will get a very detailed response to your questions with step by step instructions on how do to, pretty much anything you can think of with this system. Great product, Great support, Great pricing. We started with what we thought was a crazy idea for installation, they showed us the correct kit to use (this one) and the extra parts we would need to make it all work the way we wanted. You will not find this level of support with many other sellers on Amazon, and no, they didnt pay me for this review.

Overall the experience of purchasing, installing, configuring and operating this system far exceeded my expectations. The main components of the system, the controller, case, waterproof keypad and strike are good quality parts which appear to be quite durable. I obtained (separately) 50’ of 18GA 8-core control cable to connect the keypad back to the controller, other than the wire everything else needed was in the kit. I should note that I did not use the doorbell, or exit button as there was no requirement to do so. Technical Support was excellent, I communicated by email and received same or next day response. Wood Chen suggested an alternative power supply I could use that supported battery backup, for which I made a minor modification to the case. This wasn’t mandatory, I just wanted a specific power supply that would charge a gel cell for backup purposes. All good, everything worked as planned. The programming software was easy to use, following the step by step instructions in the software manual. A few tips, remember to sync the clock and always upload your changes to the controller. That’s it, I’m a satisfied customer and would purchase this system again if I needed it.

As someone who has worked with keyless access systems in a commercial setting for many years, I am really impressed by this particular unit. Our condominium community has a swimming pool and the need for a locked gate. In the past, we had to make physical keys for each unit owner, but had a problem with owners making additional keys to share with friends and family. In addition, our bylaws state that those who are not in compliance with their dues should not have access to the amenities, and controlling that is nearly impossible. I picked up this particular product as it records entry and exit, enables us to create and control the cards hours and access, and was far less expensive that replacing the old deadbolt lock and keys used to secure the area. The complexity of the Installation of the system is dependent upon your location and usage. You must provide wiring for power, the keypad, the magnetic lock, and the exit button. In my case, I used 1/2-inch galvanized conduit to contain the wiring and to offer as much security from vandalism as possible. I also ordered the necessary hardware to install the magnetic lock in an offset position because of the design of our gate. The instructions provided may be a bit difficult to follow if you don't have experience with wiring, but for me to set this up for testing took about 20 minutes. The system has an ethernet plug that enables it to connect to your network, and I used a Windows 11 notebook to load the software and connect to the device. The software has a LOT of capabilities to customize the installation for specific needs... I'm amazed at how complete this system is for such a low cost. In addition, the support provided by the manufacturer is top notch. I've had to reach out via email a couple of times for information and have received the feedback I needed the same day. When the need arises, I can create new keycards, enable or disable cards or override the system. The system also supports a 12-volt battery backup, connections to security systems, and even a separate doorbell to announce when the lock mechanism is activated. I would not hesitate to order this system again if the need arose, and I have absolutely no reservations about recommending this to others. Prior to my purchase, we received a bid for $5,000 from a contractor to install a similar system. My total investment in this system (excluding my own labor) is about $500. So far this installation is working perfectly, exceeding all of my expectations.

I recently installed the single door mag lock for our new small business. The process to set it up was a lot, but the instructions come with quite a few videos and a simple but well explained and documented website. It's working flawlessly, and the support responses for the few questions that I had were answered quickly and thoroughly. I definitely recommend this product for anyone looked to add some self-service security to their small business. My only want to give this a full 5 stars on installation - the individual pieces come packaged nicely but there's not enough wire to run basically anything. There's only 4-6 inches of wire attached to the pieces and you have to splice every single connection to have any distance between the board and the magnet/entry keypad. I understand it's hard to be able to accommodate everyone's needs for length, but maybe suggesting to buy additional wire with it to accommodate your door scenario would be helpful. Still 10/10 recommend!

I bought this system a couple of months ago for my gym. I live in a rural area, so options and lock smiths are no where within 100 miles. And, when I did contact a locksmith, they wanted over $2500 to install, recut my door, complicated software, plus travel pay, and didn't include any follow up support. I needed something to control access, with software that simple to use, and every company I contacted from online wanted not only an enormous amount of money to install a system but also a large monthly fee based on number of members. Also, I didn't have to alter my door at all since ths system is magnetic. I saw a couple reviews before purchasing where someone said the magnet wasn't strong and could pull open if tried; but I found that when installing, you just need to line the maget up with the bracket and adjust the tension screw (which is easy), and there is no way you can pull the door open. This system is working great for us; and super simple to add or delete members, and key fobs. The installation instructions once looked overall were pretty easy as well; I did it myself. I did need a few questions answerd a couple of time during installation, and the sellers chen and rose were great; they responded to by email either same day or early next day, with an explaintion, and detailed videos. If you need a way to control access to your business, I would definitely recomend this system to anyone needing to control access to your building/facility. And followup support; these guys were awesome! Saved me a ton of money; I am very happy with my purchase! This is an easy 5 stars
