good product in this segment i have used it for 3 years without any issue, good speed, no smell, easy to use and clean

The seller is not good, no reply for the call. The product quality is not good as it's expected. It's an import quality but not as it was expected. The sellar didn't provide the invoice of the product. The delivery charge took from sellar and delivery courier guy also, 140 sar(Saudi Arabian Royal) which was hefty. I didn't expect the import quality, at this huge price(with delivery charge). Crompton is a good and a name made brand in India. But the export quality is not good. No customer call service. No one is picking the call. Didn't expect it from the Amazon and Crompton.

Very good product

Just started ussing the mixi. So far so good. August 31, 2024 Motor is very powerful. Quality of Jars are very very poor. Medium jar got completely unusable as the internal parts, nut and the washer got loosened thereby the bottom part is hangingfrom. Although they claim 2 year warranty on the product, despite repeated request, no after sale service. Hopeless customer service🙄

Very disappointed with this mixer grinder. After just 2 uses, the small jar failed—the motor runs but grinding doesn’t happen because the jar bush became loose, which is a serious safety hazard. The juicer jar also has a strong, unpleasant smell even after multiple washes. It looks like old jar got prepared.jar quality is disaster. This level of quality is unacceptable and unsafe for home use. Not recommended at all.
