NOW Foods L-Cysteine 500 mg, 100 Tablets (Pack of 2)

After consulting everyone and their mother for YEARS, up to and including paying to see one of the top dermatologists in NYC, I ran into a woman in a vitamin shop in Loveland, CO. She recommended 1000 mg/day of L-Cysteine and 2400 mg/day of Biotin, and she saved me. At that point, I literally had bangs I didn't cut -- my hair was breaking off and falling out all across the front of my head. I've been taking those two supplements daily for a dozen years now. If I stop, the "male pattern" hair loss starts right up again. My hair isn't thick in those spots, but it's not sparse, and best of all, it's not gone.

Ordered this many times. Great and easy to use. I wish it were in a bag and not in a plastic bottle, otherwise it is good.

薬の粒が大きめサイズですが なんとか飲めます。また含有量が多めで値段もお安くて有りがたいです。しかし飲み始めて数日では何の変化もありません。

サイズが初めてのサイズでこれ飲んで大丈夫なのかと思いましたが慣れました。安価でコーティングされてない？のか恐らく原料由来の硫黄っぽさがあります。 含有量が多くてコスパも良いので続けます。

安く買えて良かったです。

タブレットのサイズが大きい のどに詰まりそうだったので半分にカットしています

透明感出てきた気がします。 美白効果はまだ感じないけど、他の方のレビューにも結構あったので楽しみに続けてみたいと思います。
