This is the best low carb protein and have been using it for a few years. Works well, doesn’t trouble my stomach as well

I love this stuff. I use it with unsweetened vanilla flavored almond milk. As protein drinks go, not a lot of carbs and a whole lot of protein. It mixes pretty well with some shaking. I enjoy the taste.

I’ve used this protein for a long time and the taste and mixability are solid. It’s easy to drink and the texture stays smooth, even in water. So on those points, no complaints. The problem is digestion. Every time I use it consistently, I end up with way more gas than normal. I tested it by stopping for a week, and the issue disappeared completely. As soon as I added it back, the gas came back. So the product works, but it just doesn’t sit well with my stomach anymore. I’m switching to a cleaner whey isolate without the added vitamins and artificial sweetener blend. If you have a sensitive digestive system, this one might not be the best fit. Otherwise, it’s a good-tasting, easy-to-mix protein.

Dang, this stuff tastes delicious! If you're on a diet, it's a treat. I had used unflavored Isopure whey before, and I had to choke that stuff down. This, on the other hand, is a pleasure to drink. The vanilla tastes like real vanilla, not artificial vanilla. The drink is a little gritty, but when I bite the grit, more vanilla flavor comes out, so it's all good. The only slight negative -- and many people will view it as a positive -- is that it includes a number of vitamins and minerals. I already take a carefully calculated mix of vitamin and mineral supplements, and this throws my calculations off. However, the amounts are not so great as to make a big difference.
