Q: could I tile the inside and or outside?

Hello and thank you for your question. Our pots are made of a combination of plastic, stone and wood dust. I believe it would depend on the medium you choose to adhere the tiles and their ability to bond to plastic, stone and wood. We have field tested paint with good results. Hope this helps.

Q: Is this planter have a drainage hole?

This planter does not have a drainage hole. I drilled some in the ones that I purchased.
