Love these mats my new way of grilling vegetables. Love how they are reusable, easy to clean too!

I use repurposed glass jars as food storage containers, and even though I do have a dishwasher, I had been washing the lids (and also plastic container covers) by hand. They took up a lot of room in the dishwasher's silverware basket, and I could never find a way to place them so they wouldn't flip over and collect water. When unloading the dishwasher, I was forever shaking off the water in the lids, then drying them with a towel. After I stopped putting them in the dishwasher, I got into the habit of setting a few of them aside until I could wash them by hand all at once. In the meantime, the jars would come out of the dishwasher, with no lids to hook up with! I decided to hunt for a grill BASKET, imagining it could contain several lids and hold them in a position where they couldn't collect water. When I found these mesh grilling BAGS, I knew I'd hit the jackpot. And my new system works perfectly. I place the bags on one side of the top dishwasher rack at a 45 degree angle, so they don't take up much room. The lids are held securely in the down-facing position, so they all come out clean and dry, and can be reunited with their jars right away! So, please be advised that I have NOT used these bags for grilling. However, I can tell you that they're very sturdy, and have held up well after exposure to extremely hot water and the dishwasher's Heated Dry setting.

I definitely like this product for grilling veggies, scallops, shrimp - anything small. Much easier than using a skewer. The bags are very sturdy and the snaps are very tight so, no worries about the bag coming open. I hand wash, literally, the bags in the sink and they clean up very easily. The ding of one star is because the bag doesn't hold much. Pleats on the sides and bottoms would make this an absolutely perfect product.

These things are fabulous if you love to make fish tacos. You marinate your fish chopped with spices. Just fill the bag and drop on the grill. NO mess and delicious.

These grill mesh bags are amazing. We love using them for shrimp, vegetables of all kinds, hot dogs, mini cocktail wieners, the list is endless really. They are super easy to clean by hand or throw them in the dishwasher. These will make a great gift idea for any avid grilled. Plan to purchase several sets for our kids next Xmas. You won’t be disappointed in these, the are superb!
