This thing is a great pre workout. Very good flavor and the effects are very good for a hard workout. Gets you super pumped up with a nice sense of urgency. I’m at 6’1 240ibs so I went ahead and took one scoop which seems to be a pretty good size. The only down side is the amout that comes in the tub for the amount you pay. Almost 50 bucks for I believe 21 servings if you do a full scoop is kinda lack luster but if you don’t mind opening up the wallet a little bit, you’ll definitely have a great workout on this stuff

This flavor I was skeptical of because of the name, Miami Vice. I've had a flavor like that before in another brand ,it was horrible. I should have known with Alpha Lion, it has a great flavor and gives me my tingles I love to let me know it's kicking in. No jitters, No crash, just boosts of energy and definitely helps focus to get you ready for your workout!

taste is okay; taste like a strawberry pina colada but there is a little bit of an aftertaste and a little thicker than what i’m used to. It can be a little sour so I also like to add more water than suggested. Also, the powder doesn’t really mix well and I frequently have to stir before taking a sip. I do feel jittery/itchiness when working out, but it does make me get my pumps in. Overall, I don’t really mind it, but I wouldn’t get it again. There are better ones out there

I loveeeee this product i bought miami vice and holyyyy this stuff is amazing immediately i noticed the increase in energy felt more positive throughout my day even after my workouts decent increase in my pump not to mention the incredible taste a little strong if u do a full scoop recommend doing to half scoops but overall a big 9.5/10 great product 100% would buy it again in an instant

LOVE this product and flavor . great product only need 3/4 a scoop to 1 scoop max .. you dont need more if you think you do . you need to drink more water all day and it will work . price is a little high i would like to see it about $15 cheaper
