The grinding of bone stopped. Of the many supplements Glucosamine sulfite is considered a better option because the other liquid solution solidifies and looks like a rubbery solution not permanent

I have just started taking this and after a few days I could feel the difference in the pain and swelling in my fingers. Some people on the review are staying how big the tablet is and that its a choking hazard. that's absolutely ridiculous. One big gulp of water and its gone so don't be misled by those stupid comments. Enjoy the benefits

Too big to swallow. Like horse tablets. Even when I cut them up I still had trouble swallowing them cause of the texture. I take 4 prescription tablets and 1 cod liver oil tablet, in 1, every morning and have no trouble with these. So not sure what it is about these ones
