Very good item
Delivered already assembled therefore quite heavy to carry upstairs but we managed. Ideal for occasional bed, quite firm but will probably soften up with use. Easy to change from sofa into bed and handy storage underneath.

Uncomfortable and company is awful to deal with
Sofa was uncomfortable and poorly made. Came damaged, yet suggested we had damaged it. It was delivered to my home office and I hadn't been in the room ever since it was delivered. Charged £69 to return a damaged sofa. Absolute disgrace of a company. Luckily I know my rights of 14 days return when buying online as they tried nit to take it back. Absolute disgrace. Will never be using them again and do not recommend dealing with this company or their sub standard products. BUYER BEWARE!
