what a confusing dilema on this one
on the advice of a lady dentist on youtube I bought this thinking how weird to step back in time to a real basic toothpaste that she would suggest over every other one. She was so right. OMG I love the taste and feel of this. Makes me want to brush my teeth way more. And interesting since it has SLS that it does not sting or burn or anything of that sort on my super super sensitive mouth and gums. I hardly ever can use toothpaste with any sort of mint flavor but this gives me no reaction. Only thing I am uncertain about is that it has fluoride and she says go for it and then others say do not use. I am confused. Wish I knew the answer. But if you are great with fluoride this toothpaste is the best I have tasted and used in years.

What’s old is new again
It’s the best toothpaste and it’s old toothpaste, but I like it. It works great for my mouth routine. And Dr. Ellie recommends it.

The best
Purchased to use as part of Dr Ellie's system. I eventually stopped the toxic rinses, but kept the toothpaste, which I really like. Although it has SLS and a mild wintergreen flavor, neither bothers my super sensitive mouth. I'll probably use this toothpaste for the rest of my life. It's simple, basic, cheap, and makes my teeth feel and look very clean.

Crest;s original formulation--very good!
This is the Crest that I grew up using and I love the taste. It was recommended by Dr. Ellie Phillips, DDS as part of her total mouth care system. I really like that it is gentle, yet really works to prevent cavities. Sometimes the best products are the simplest ones.

New packaging?
Dr. Phillips was very clear on what the box should say on it. I ordered the box that said," Stops cavities before they start." I got the one that just says," Cavity protection." Ingredients are almost the same except a couple are in different order. Is this the same? I DON'T KNOW. PLUS PAID ALMOST 6 DOLLORS FOR THIS TUBE. DOLLOR STORE HAS IT FO $1.25. I PD THIS MUCH BECAUSE I THOGHT I WAS GETTING THE RIGHT ONE. Anyone know for sure?

Great Tootpaste
I got a tube of this from the dentist and just loved it. It does taste like my childhood! Nothing special in this paste: no whitening, no sensitivity, no tartar control. Just toothpast. I will have to pack in my luggage for travel, using the sample size in carryon. Sometimes simple is best.

New Packaging?
Package wording is different (says 'Crest+' instead of just 'Crest') but ingredients appear to be the same. I received the item very fast.
