the briquettes arrived carefully packed and are esthetically pleasing to look at, simple to install / place in the grill and work beautifully (with a few spares left over :-) 10/10!!

My briquettes arrived quickly and in good shape only a few were cracked or chipped. Used the grill the other day. Everything seemed fine. Very satisfied so far.

This is the second time buying these. Have never received a broken one in the packages. These work great and we love that they come in a large enough quantity that we don't have to buy multiple at a time. Heart distribution is even in our propane bbq using these. Will definitely continue to buy as long as they are available
