I purchased the Yeecore dashcam kit after somebody backed into my car and then took off, spinning wheels and all. The installation was pretty straight forward but I my case required taking off some of the ceiling covering in order to hide all cables (my own preference). I am driving a Subaru ascent; I opted to install the camera right of the car-cams (out of their field of vision) but unfortunately it slightly prevents to fully fold over the passenger seat window blind cover. I also ordered the Yeecore Dash cam hardwire kit in order to record when parking. There was a mismatch between the cable color code shown in the description on the product page and the manual included. After contacting Yeecore via Amazon they immediately (2h) responded (the product had recently been upgraded but this was not reflected in the online description yet, the manual depicted the correct color code); the customer service also fixed any discrepancies between product description and what was delivered right away. The camera delivers crisp, sharp pictures and records whenever the ignition is on or when something shakes the car when parking (e.g. when opening the door, depending on the setting one desires). The app connects to the camera w/o problems and allows for downloading pictures or videos as needed. The download time is a few seconds per 2 min video but these are high quality videos transmitted by wireless, so I expected it to take some time. When I required to download a video because of a traffic incident in which I wanted to assure that evidence can be presented if necessary, it was quite simple to identify the video needed and to download & preserve it. Everything could be seen with great detail which is exactly why I purchased this camera. From time to time the camera reminds you to format the SD card in order to free up space (this is necessary, because emergency videos saved every time when opening the door in park mode will be protected from overwriting and will decrease space for cycling over video sequences). All in all: I have had this camera and the wiring kit for half a year now and I am pleased with its performance, quality, straight forward menu structure and feel much more protected (legally) should a traffic incident happen in which the other party takes off or claims alternative facts.

Great dash cam! I've had the dash cam over 3 years and it has worked well. The user manual is well written with great pictures with the instructions. When contacting customer service the Yeecore associate provided a quick response in less than 24 hours regarding my question. I would buy from Yeecore again.

I installed the 4K YeeCore D22 on my 2020 BMW M340i. I purchased the optional YeeCore Wiring Kit for the D22. The wiring kit made it very easy to tap into the fuse block and pick up 12v and ACC power. Note that the Camera is 5v and not 12v. The wiring kit included a power cable that had a small voltage divider built into it to drop the power down to 5v. The Electrostatic Film that's placed on the windshield first didn't seem to be sticky enough to work. But after attaching the camera to it, the mount was solid. The fuse box I needed to use was located underneath the glove box on the passenger side of the car. I used the plastic pry tool to gently lift things up so that I could tuck the wire inside. I went underneath the headliner across to the right roof pillar, underneath and down the pillar covers, then underneath the rubber door gaskets all the way down to the fuse box. The rear camera was installed the same, gently lifting stuff up with the plastic pry tool, going along the headliner all the way to the back of the vehicle. PERFORMANCE and IMPRESSIONS: The camera and contents arrived professionally packaged with a meaningful (useful) manual. Accessories and cables were adequate to get the job done. The main camera and rear camera are well designed and professional. The 3" LCD Screen is bright, easy to see, and the menus, buttons are easy to navigate. The 4K videos are stunning, the 1080 videos from the rear camera are more than adequate. All of the advertised features worked including parking mode. I used a Samsung 512gb Pro SD Card but a 256gb SD Card would also be adequate. The camera chops the videos into 1min MP4's to make them easier to handle. The onboard WiFi seems to be a little unpredictable regarding connecting. Some times it might take 5 or 6 attempts to connect, but it always connects. The YeeCore Viewer App (mine was the iOS version) is free and basically worked well. You can do just about everything you need to do with it to manage your files. If you remove the SD card from the camera and slip it into a USB adapter, you can view the videos on your Smart TV. The videos looked awesome on my LG OLED. So this completes my review of the YeeCore 4K D22. It's a good camera for the money in my opinion.

I purchased this camera for several reasons, mainly because I had just purchased a new car and being in a state where safe driving is for the weak, I didn't want to take a risk of having someone wreck it and having no evidence. The specs looked great and the quality was really high at an astonishing 4K, which really isn't needed. I only need the resolution high enough to get a good look at the smug face of anyone who cuts me off, I bought it to try it out. The reviews mentioned that the app is a little cumbersome, which I can see why, but I am able to find my way around it pretty easily and got it set up. In addition, I also bought the hardwire kit with it because wires are gross and I wanted a clean look. The install is simple and it was really nice that it comes with electrostatic sheets to stick to the window instead of the permanent 3M stickers directly on the windows. They work great and are a very solidly attached to my windows. I will say that I did have some trouble getting it to stick to the window tinting on my rear window, but after some work and running a credit card over it, it stuck again. The cable for the rear camera is extremely long and I ended up having to double up the cable and hiding away a good 6 extra feet. As for the quality, it is fantastic. I have had to pull the footage a few times already for dumb and hilarious incidents that have occurred and the footage is really clear and smooth from the front. The back is a little lower quality, but it is still great and you are able to make out all the details very easily. Additional things I like about it are that when you pull a video from the camera and replay it, it provides a map of where the footage was taken so you can pin point exactly where events occur. I also like that you can specify what increments to take the videos so that you don't have to filter through hour long cuts of each drive. I will say, one thing I am not a huge fan if, is the user interface with the app. Having to be right next to the camera and enable it's Wi-Fi is a bit limiting, especially when you need to look through footage for an incident. I also do wish it could be an option to get different length cables when connecting the front camera to the back. My car is very short and I had to really try to find places to run it to hide all the cable and it is a very indirect path from front to back and there was still a lot I had to just shove under the ceiling panel. I would still recommend this camera if anyone is looking for one and willing to spend the money. It works great and it is even better with the hardwire kit and not having to use a USB port or a 12v plug.

This is a great dashcam, I’m so impressed about how efficiently has worked and reliable for any circumstance you can go through. I really recommend and the price it’s affordable for everyone.

It wasn't the best. I jusy recently took it down becuase my windshield cracked and it had to come off. I was going to get another one anyway though. The picture quality was good but in the middle of me driving it'll just turn off and then turn back on a random times. So unreliable.

I recently treated myself to a new Nissan Frontier. To protect myself against unpredictable drivers. I upgraded from my old budget dash cam to the Yeecore Dual Dash Cam. I was blown away and am so glad I spent a little more on the impressive quality! The included specs speak for themselves – 4K resolution, WiFi, GPS – but what sold me were the glowing reviews. Setting it up (even with the hardwire kit) was straightforward. The companion app requires a bit of learning, but I quickly got the hang of it. I love the included electrostatic sheets for a cleaner, less permanent installation. The rear camera cable was super long, giving me plenty of slack. The picture quality on both the front and rear cameras is superb! I've already had to use the footage a few times, and it effortlessly captured important details. Having the GPS-integrated map for reviewing videos is a great bonus. If you're looking for a reliable, feature-rich dash cam and have the budget, this Yeecore setup is worth every penny!
