An in depth publication that provides a route map for experienced and inexperienced PM,s alike. An enjoyable read with a "From the Horses Mouth" approach.

Great concise book on Project Management however not a replacement for the Project Management Body of Knowledge text from PMI. Easy to read and breaks concepts down into manageable chunks of information. Would strongly recommend to anyone taking an introduction to project management course.

If you need a quick understanding of project management fundamentals, this book is easy to read and comprehend. Simple illustrations and examples help clarify the concepts and how to apply them.

I am an aspiring PMP and found this book very helpful. It broke things down on a level that I could easily understand. I highly recommend for anyone trying to get a great overview of what project management is all about
