okay so i bought this tea because i heard people on twt talk about it as a good method for weight loss / detox / ect. i took it around 12 pm and as im typing this its around 6pm and i am on the toilet. i didnt feel anything until around like 4 or 5 because that was when i ate and afterward i started feeling like i needed to poop. for reference i made about 1 tea bags worth. they i think depending on how much you eat before/after you take the tea is how much your stomach will hurt 😭 i did experience cramps however they werent as bad as some in the reviews might say. just be mindful of how much you are eating when you drink this tea because if not youll probably be in for a wild ride as it is very strong and effective. while it is not a bad amount for the price me personally i would opt for a lesser amount as i think 72 tea bags of what is essentially a laxative is a bit much and you definitely should not be taking this once a day despite what it says on the box, only take it if you need it. i also weighed myself after and i did lose a little bit of weight (around 1-2) but yeah it definitely got everything out. if you struggle with pooping/dont poop often or want to lose a few pounds quickly, this is for you, but i wouldn’t recommend using all 72 bags/getting a smaller and cheaper amount

This is my second time buying again. It worth it. It helped my GI system clear out, feels to great. Will buy it again.
