What is the range of thicknesses on the adjustable spiralizer?

It produces spaghetti-size strands and very thin (potato chip thickness) ribbons.

I cant figure out how to use this. I've read the instructions, but am I supposed to select a blade & buttons? Do you use more than one blade at once?

One blade/round at a time. The instructions are confusing but after using it a couple of times of use it makes more sense.

What is widest zucchini or other veggie it will fit??? Could someone please 🙏 measure cutting platform? Thank You

About four inches - however, as with any other food processor, larger sizes can be accomodated by simply cutting the food in half or even smaller. Another note, zucchini larger than about two inches in diameter should be cut and seeded as the center of such large zuch will be wet and full of coarse seeds.
