The audio is clear and good but in some low quality videos I can hear some weird noises, it’s loud but maybe in newer versions I’d expect even louder sound

I have to say, I am pretty thrilled with this product and its customer service. My mom recently returned my last TV wireless headset a week ago, and as much as I would have liked to return the product to simply get my 100$ back, I can’t, bc I have been so impressed! I’d rather sell the other headset online and keep This product. The product itself is top notch. Easy install, don’t have to be a tech genius, sound clarity is fantastic, the value for the money is certainly there. I purchased the product bc I work from home and I wanted my daughter to be able to watch tv without me getting in trouble at work. Success! However, I did notice that when the headset is in use the tv still has sound playing. Although that was unexpected, it’s no big deal. As long as she mutes the Tv we are all good. Before this tired mama could take the time to read the manual to see if there is a way around this, BOOM, I get a wonderfully unexpected email from the seller asking if I have any questions. Amazing! I was able to ask them about this and they gave valuable solutions. I highly recommend this product and company!!!

My emails were answered quickly and any that were not able to answer I was told i would get an response in 24 hours and which happened The head phones were very easy to hook up and give crystal clear sound I had wish i had these sooner. Weil dieser Avantree Kopfhörer, mit der Nr: BTHT 5150 BLK, viele (mir wichtigen) Eigenschaften besitzt, habe ich ihn bestellt. Die Verpackung war sehr stabil und enthielt alle Kabel und Stecker. Der Transmitter verfügt sogar über einen Audio Optical Anschluss. Der Kopfhörer sieht schick aus und hat einen gepolsterten und verstellbaren Bügel. Die Ohrmuscheln sind superweich. Die Bedienung für die Lautstärke erfolgt mit mit 2 leicht tastbaren Schaltern. Aus- und Einschalten ist ebenfalls am Hörer möglich. Das erhöht die Einsatzdauer auf viele Stunden; ohne Laden zu müssen. Die schlanke Ausführung des Kopfhörers begeistert mich sehr [ kein Klotz, wie mein Sony Kopfhörer vorher]. Der Anschluss per optischem Kabel war leicht. Aber nur, wenn man die spärliche deutsche Bedienungsanleitung ganz genau beachtet. !! Das ist mein einziger Kritikpunkt. Denn die englische Fassung ist wesentlich umfangreicher und bebildert. Der Klang ist für einen TV-Kopfhörer echt überragend. Für meine Ohren mit einem klaren Sound mit einem angenehmen Bass.
