The media could not be loaded. This tree was so much easier to set up than our previous tree. It also comes with gloves for spreading the branches so that you don’t constantly poke your hands. The app works great and the tree is gorgeous!! We love all the settings! We ordered the 7ft, and it was smaller than we expected, so we got the 8ft, and ended up keeping both. FYI, the top tiny branch that sticks up 10 inches Is included in overall height, so take that into account when purchasing, but you won’t be disappointed!

I bought this tree last year and it was wonderful i couldn't have been happier.. however this year I unboxed it and went to set it up only to find out that it doesn't work. the app force closes after you open it and the tree is no longer recognizable via Bluetooth and is unable to be turned on.After talking to the support team i was informed the tree is not under warranty and they can not help me if as they suggested it was wired properly and plugged in.I have spent two weeks troubleshooting and replacing parts to try and get the tree to work. at this point, I will be cutting my losses and just buying a new tree.if your goal is to keep this tree for more than a year I would advise against this model as it doesn't seem to work after the first year and it doesn't look like I am alone as other people have the same issue from my research about the tree

The media could not be loaded. Bought the very first Christmas tree after get my own house. The initial assemble is not hard, the tree comes as a few bulk pieces. The time consuming part is to spread the smaller branches so that the tree looks nice and dense. The APP is a plus but I’m ok if I don’t have it.Would recommend keeping the box so it can be put away.

I previously had a Santa’s best tree with all the bells and whistles which was awesome until the lights started acting up and Santa’s best customer service was horrendous so decided to get a new tree. The price seemed right on this tree and I didn’t want to spend a fortune for a tree that might getwacky after a couple of years. I was not so sure when I opened the box how it was going to look. This is not a tree the fluffs right out. It to a lot of fluffing. I have to say it looks really good once it’s fluffed. The app downloaded easily and works well. There are no instructions with the app so it’s a press and see what happens. The colors are great and the modes are okay. The dimming feature only works if you are using the solid colors with no effects. In the modes the colors are pretty intense. There is no multi color setting except in twinkling and the white is the bluish led color. I am disappointed that there is no light show feature. I love the 8ft height it’s perfect in our Victorian house. Over all I am very pleased with my purchase and I would recommend this tree.

The tree itself is nice. And the LED lights and all the different colors and patterns are really cool. The main thing I'm upset about is that the app does not work. I installed the FO remote app that it tells me to, and it will not let me select any of the options. It glitches out each time I click a button. I tried restarting my phone and re-downloading the app, but it didn't help. Idk if it's only this tree in particular, or if it is the same for all. I'm thinking it's something wrong with the app itself. But this ability was one of the main reasons I picked this tree. I'm torn whether I want to go through the hassle of trying to replace it, or just bite the bullet and keep it. At least everything else about it seems to work like it's supposed to.... I do have one bulb that flickers and it's driving me nuts lol

Absolutely incredible! Easy to put together. Took time to make it perfect but the app worked very well. All the different settings are cool! Love it.

The media could not be loaded. This Christmas tree, was pretty easy to put together, lights are pre-installed on the tree, and the app works well. From their app you can change the color of the lights, the brightness, and change to different light modes. You can even set a timer for when the tree shuts off. It gets the job done, I'm happy with it.

You don’t want this tree! There is not enough character to describe how disappointed I am! App crashes with every touch, the video of the guy doing pretty stuff is a lie! Not worth your money!!!! Not sure what the shiny control does, it won't work the app is garbage!!!! Im so upset about this purchase. The color choices and modes are awful too! There is blue green purple red and a light blue that's it. I HATE THIS TREE!! If it wasn't so close to Christmas I would return it.
