What can I say? Three ball sizes and a hook! Great quality! Very versatile! Will handle about anything you through at it! I drove through some rough terrain with it on my Jeep and when I bottomed out on a big rock. Not only did it stand up to the point of lifting up my Jeep, it barley even scratch the powder-coat! Don't bother looking any further! I also highly recommend the Reese Towpower 7014700 Tow 'N Store Lock Kit, Yellow! 2 Hitch locks (1/4" & 1/2"), trailer ball lock and a trailer latch lock. A great combo for a great price!

Update 9/15/21- Almost three years later. Bought a small bass boat on a trailer. Had stored this cool hitch inside, since the last episode described below. Took it out, and zero rust. Just the way I like it. Now you know why I take it off and store it inside! Anyway, having the multiple sizes of hitch balls, PLUS the hook- proved itself indispensable in an unexpected way. You see the trailer and boat are older, and turns out I needed a ball just smaller than the 2" (even though the trailer takes a 2" ball)- because the 2" didn't quite want to go in... The slightly smaller one though worked perfect in this case for that one time getting the boat home after purchase. An upgrade on the trailer hitch and tongue are coming soon anyway, but still. I maintain my 5-star rating of this product. Bought this to outfit my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4x4 (Hemi-8) with a suitable ball hitch. Bought the Jeep used in real good condition, had the tow package, but was missing the ball/draw bar. First order of business was to tow my 2000 Ford Explorer 4x4 with a fuel pump issue out of a deep yard in the mud with a slight incline upwards. Bought a suitable 10,000 pound tow strap with hooks on the ends, and mounted this ball hitch on the Jeep with the hook in upright position. Note: Be sure to order a drive pin/cotter pin separately if you don't have one, as this hitch does not include one. That almost got me, because the Jeep did not have the drive/cotter pin either. Proceeded to connect the two strap hook ends to the Ford on the front frame symmetrically underneath, and just put the strap over the hitch hook loosely- allowing it to find its own center when pulling. Worked like a charm, hook and strap held, got the Ford outta there in about 10 minutes. Removed and stored when not in use, so I don't know about rust issues, and no need here for locking/keyed drive pin head. Served my needs perfectly, and should the need come up to tow any trailer, well then now I have all common sizes on one draw bar. Very cool!

I see a lot of views complaining that it rusts. Well duh, it's a hunk of metal being drug around behind your truck and scraped to death with a trailer tongue- add a smidge of grease to the ball you're using before hitching up, if you don't want to do that then get over the rust issue already! Anyway, this is a fantastic hitch, heavy & sturdy and the price is right! The black looks so nice.

First, I was sent the wrong one. Then my reorder got lost. "Third time's a charm." It was late, but I am very happy I am a patient man! Seems like good quality, sturdily made. We shall see!

Towever 84181 Towever Class 3/4 Trailer Hitch This is exactly what I needed. I have two different sized hitch requirements and this worked well with both. It also worked well when I needed to use a chain to pull a trailer out of a ditch, but I do wish the hook was a little deeper. I don't plan on doing that very often, but it was certainly handy to have.

good product, and cheaper than any you can find at walmart or harbor freight, highly recommend, hook is great to have for quick pulling on fence posts, or unsticking a fourwheeler

Durable and heavy duty. I use them for towing along with the safety of knowing if I get rear ended again, these work to protect your rear when hit squarely on the hitch.

Great hitch and right price. Heavy and sturdy.
