I received broken Mars wonder powder

Got the damaged product
I received a completely damaged product. The compact was broken and not usable at all, but Amazon is not accepting the return even though it is totally damaged. I’m very disappointed with the quality and packaging. I’ve requested a refund but got no help. I would not recommend anyone to buy this product — please check reviews before ordering. Amazon and Mars should really improve their packaging and quality checks.
