I always have this supplement on hand, and add it to my herb tea or juice every day. My naturopath recommended the liposomal vitamin C, as it's absorbed into the body more easily. It seems to help keep my immune system strong. And the taste is actually pleasant.

I’m happy I added this to my supplement regimen. This is easy to consume and I was able to take this while fasting. With the winter season upon us, I knew I needed something to help my immune system protect me as an older gentleman. After taking it for nearly a week, I began to share it with my daughter who is 13 and we are both happy with the taste and we are also confident that is providing better protection. I will definitely be keeping this in my regular rotation.

I started taking this supplement a month ago on an empty stomach every morning and I can already feel a difference. While my whole family is sick right now with a cold, I am the only one who is not. Ive also notice it helped prevent my cold sore from worsening and now it is completely gone in less than a week. I know it is because of the immune support that Vitamin C offers. I do not like the flavor because its too sweet. I always make sure to have a large glass of water to wash it down and to get the sweet taste out of my mouth. I will continue to purchase this product.

Have bought multiple times and have had consistent quality. Tastes good and faster absorbing than capsules.

I gave this 4 stars because the taste is horrible, I have a hard time getting it down. It’s gooey and it has a funky orange taste. Because it’s a supplement you can’t return it so I’m going to bite the bullet and hold my nose to get it down every day. I’ve been taking Vitamin C for years at 2000 mg/day but I had to lower it to 1000mg/day in order to get 1 tablespoon of this down. I take it to reduce oxidative damage and inflammation so i’ll deal with the taste until I’m finished with this bottle and I’ll move onto another liposomal Vitamin C.

Started taking this as a family to help boost our immune systems and my kids love the taste. We do take a lower dose that what's on the bottle (1 TB on bottle vs. 1/2 tsp-1 tsp that we're actually taking) as vitamin c you're supposed to do to bowel tolerance, but we're slowly increasing doses and thus far no one has had any issue. Ages taking this are 2-39.

Update: Been taking since it arrived. After a couple of days I started taking it twice a day and I have not noticed a difference. What has been on my mind is the sweetness, why all the sugar and I just noticed it contains sunflower oil. I cancelled my subscription. I purchased two bottles, one approx half done. Going to natural remedies as much as I can, beginning to realize most supplements provide no health benefits. Cannot speak on effectiveness since it just arrived yesterday, however, I wanted to comment on the taste. The consistency is like a syrup, I licked the seal to taste, not bad. Measured 1 tbsp and drank it, it’s a little citrus and sweet, it’s actually good enough by its self. Earlier today I poured it into my drinking bottled and surprised I didn’t really like it. Tonight, I prepared my Acacia with two tbsp and poured the Vit C into that cup and that mixture was great! I’ll update on the quality and effects at another time in the future Lord willing.

I personally loved everything about this supplement: the taste (looking forward everyday to taking it...), the consistency, I personally did not experienced any stomach issues. I always took it right after eating. I even increased the dose to 2 tablespoons a day some of the days (AM and PM) . I got it to take it along with colagen. One thing I've noticed about 3 weeks into taking it, was that my joints pain almost dissappeared. I think it's the vit C addition, since I was already taking colagen before. I'll continue buying it.

I like the taste and trust Mercola for quality ingredients plus it's the cheapest liposomal I've found
