i am a competing target shooter, and this bow is great. i dont use the whiskerbiscuit-type rest that came with it, i just use a standard rest. and its very accurate

so i got this for my 11yr old son to practice with. ordered a 30lb bow and it is 30 but the design is flawed. one it is a breakdown but not a recurve and if your draw length is to much the arms bend and the sting will pop off the ends. not safe. for my son it works fine but anything over 5'6" id say this bow wouldn't be a good fit. it fires fine and accuracy is okay but dosnt seam like a 30lb bow even at full draw. in summery, if for a kid... good bow but for an adult, not so much. this company makes better bows for the same price or a little more.

No set up instructions, but it did come with everything as advertised. Shoots well. My 9 yo son loves it.
