I wear a 30-36 in jeans but I can wear a 30-34 in pants. What size should I get?

You should get the jean size. They fit my husband like his jeans do.

Are these a more warm weather or cold weather pant?

Poly Cotton is geared towards colder weather, but will also work in warmer weather. For very warm weather, you may want just cotton in a rip-stop.

If you're wearing the right size, can you lift your knee above the hips without limitation when wearing this pants on?

Not me, but it isn't the pants :) I come close though riding my bike and leaning forward, at 20 mph. Comfortable and roomy. Breaths.

nice fit well

This is my sixths pair i like them they last long I wish they came in nomex fiber buttons fall off frequently but they are easy to put back on.

Size Up!

The size chart says 40 waist, and the tag says 35-39 waist. Great quality, but I had to send them back due to the sizing issues.

Bargain BDU, comfortable and durable..
