Not much to say really, "does what it says on the tin". The the person complaining it is just sheet rock/plasterboard (or gypsum/hydrocal), yes but it is food grade. If you need lightweight plaster, go buy hydrocal - it is much cheaper - but it isn't necessarily safe for eating (and sheet rock definitely isn't!). I used it for amending water for brewing beer. I understand cheese makers also use food grade calcium sulphate.

Why would anyone buy the small bottles when you can get a lifetime supply for so cheap! Works as it should.

Works great for mushroom growing! I would love to see a package improvement!
