Works perfectly! Very stretchy, but keeps my head, neck, ears, etc warm. Just returned from a 45 min walk with it being 27 degrees F. outside. I was completely comfortable. Best to wear with a beanie, winter baseball cap, or similar. Doubles as an extra liner under a hood for extreme cold. Can't believe I've gone so many years (actually decades!) without using one. There are several ways to use it. Do a YouTube search to discover the multiple ways to wear it.

Another excellent buy for outdoor winter exercise. The neck warmer easily pulls up over your face for those sudden wind gusts. Breathable soft fabric. Not overly thick to over heat you

My husband bought these as he runs cold during the winter months. He's a big neck guy, and these warmers are a little tight, but tolerable. He was able to wear it much of the day. They are soft and stretchy, and they do the job.

They are OK for the price but next time I will stick with a full dicky. The positive side is you can pull this up over your nose and ears and your neck is covered except for the lower part when you pull it up and by design it does not fit below your neck line.
