Great for freezing portions of rice, my only criticism is that it could do with being flatter so that a portion fits in a bowl to microwave, currently it’s slightly too high and therefore I have to use a jug etc to microwave which is just inconvenient. a higher surface area would also help heat up quicker in a pan. If it was 1.5x flatter it would be a 5 star

I love this product! High quality materials, well-made, and easy to use. The metal rim used around the top (inside the silicon, does not touch food) is a fantastic idea, really makes it sturdy when transferring the tray into the freezer and trying to attach the lid before it's frozen. Very easy to remove individual portions. I use it for Scampi sauce that I can make in bulk instead of having to buy fresh parsley etc. every time I want to make the dish. Buy the fresh ingredients once to make and can use it for 6 meals - perfect size for a single bowl of pasta and shrimp. Will be buying another one for all the turkey soup after Christmas!

I love this silicone freezer tray and use it constantly! It was more affordable than the name brand and works great. It's the perfect portion size for soups. The top is reinforced so the cube keeps it shape, and the frozen food slides out easily. After my food is frozen, I pop it out and package each portion in a Food Saver freezer bag, and it's ready for an easy meal on a busy night. I have given so many of these as gifts to my kids and friends, and everybody loves it.

I love these for batch cooking & freezing meals. They are durable, stack easily in the freezer, easy to remove frozen contents. Each square holds about one serving.

Great for leftover soups and stews to freeze.
