Ways to use: Mixing one heaped teaspoon into a cup of warm water, herbal tea or hot lemon & ginger is the best way to use it for this purpose, or else taking it directly off the spoon. This is a great way to help relieve a cough. While Manuka is great for such things, we do always recommend seeking professional medical advice as well for your treatment. The label states raw honey, but there is no mention of unfiltered. Since raw honey comes in both forms, filtered and unfiltered, if I were to guess I would say it is unfiltered. That is all I can provide, however. You might contact the manufacturer.
