Good product
Work as they should and matches well

Not cheap, but they really work great in Trex Decking.
I tried some other countersunk colored screws that said they worked fine in Composite decking. They were truly awful, they squeezed out a big cone of the Tex top coat which formed a crater when "trimmed off".Horrible appearance. Then I got these - problem solved - no cratering just a nice small screw head which can easily be sunk flush with my Dewalt Brushless impact driver. And the driver bits supplied with them do not slip out while being driven.Demands a fairly high starting pressure to cut through the Trex top coat, but feeds fine after that.I did get one to strip out the thread by not having the deck board solidly down against the deck stringer.Just put in another one next to it - barely noticeable. These are the only way to do Trex, I like the lid screw spacer too, although for the recommended 1/4" clearance I use quarter inch machine screws.

Excellent composite deck screw.
No need to pre-drill with composite decking. Good match to Fiberon Horizon Ipe. Does not strip out, but occasional head damage if it is not driven straight. Can be backed out and replaced with a good impact driver

Proper look when finished but you really need to pre-drill.
These are the right color match for my Trex composite decking so cosmetically they are appropriate to use. You have to be careful when placing them and screwing them in to be sure there is no metal in their path going in. This may seem obvious but its worth restating because if you are using a hammer style drill and you do hit another nail or brace in the framing, the head will strip quickly and you'll have a devil of a time getting them out. Pre-drill every screw with 1/8th inch bit first. Have a couple bits on hand - I broke 3 doing 12 feet of stair steps. All in all, these are as good as any I've used. OK product IMO.

My mistake
Ordered item but were not able to use them as I wanted to

Work great
These fasteners worked well on my composite decking. You can use a battery operated drill by pre drilling the holes with a 1/8 bit as per the instructions.

Great product but lack of quality
After lost of analysis i bought this product where the box cap works as deck spacer and screw mount. Spacer works great. Screw head really light and worn out fast in couple of use. So i don't recommend this item for DIY project. Almost 10% of screws were damaged for me which lead me to use different screw bought in nearby store. :(
