Q: What is the accurate net carbs for the maple donut bar?? there are two different nutritional facts on the pics

I buy this flavor a lot and pulled a bar out of the box to look. Total carbs =23. Subtract fiber (3) and sugar alcohol (5) - net carbs = 15.

Q: How is the pumpkin pie? That's the only flavor I can't find anywhere and I'm nervous to order online without trying it!

Some may like it, but I found the pumpkin pie to have an odd aftertaste and way more cinnamon/nutmeg than pumpkin.

Q: How is this product delivered in hot weather?

Actually when I get them in the summer, they arrive well-packed in insulation and in a plastic bag with one or more disposable ice packs to keep them cool. I've never had issues with melting even in the hottest weather. We actually keep the ice packs for coolers and injuries tripping over things to get to that new box when it arrives (these are sooo good).

Q: I ordered 2 boxes on October 14th, they have yet to be mailed out. Do you know if these are being drop shipped by the seller?

check who the provider is. Contact Amazon via email and I've always gotten a quick response from them when the direct party doesn't do anything. Amazon will get "in the middle" and push them for answers to your satisfaction.
