I've noticed the negative reviews regarding inadequate screws/fittings. I used what came with the pole and it works 100% fine. Just mark/hole (anchor diameter, not more)/insert anchors/drill screws inside anchors. If done well, it's sturdy.

Screws provided are not long enough
Product is nice design. But fell off the wall as soon as clothes were added to rail. The screws provided are far too short and need to be at least twice as long.
