After a couple even sprays and 24 hours, Mr. Hobby Premium Top Coat left a matte finish on my figures which made them LOOK and Feel Premium! Look at the amazing results for your self. I Will be buying more ! Highly Recommend this brand.

I have used a fair amount of rattle can hobby top coats and this is by far gave me the best results. Not only does the finish look beautiful but I feel like there is much less room for user error with this stuff. It just looks great every time I use it on my gunpla, even when I thought “whoops I sprayed too much!” No issues. Other brands seemed much more finicky and sensitive to temps, etc. My only complaint is the size of the cans and the limited availability. If you’re lucky to get a can of this you’re probably only going to get about one 1/144 scale kit out of this stuff before it goes empty. Maaaaybe a kit and a half depending on how many coats you want. Great great stuff though!

So I know my husband uses this for a lot of his gun him just to give it a nice gloss after he goes in and lines everything. Personally for me, I like how it sparkle signs and the fact that if I was to use it on paintings or if I were to go over any of my models, I can go over and see where the details were and it doesn’t tack on like how some of them feel. It’s actually really Chris and that’s another thing I like about it. My husband just likes the fact that anything Mr. hobby is worth purchasing, no matter how long it takes no matter how much it is Mr. hobbies, a way to go.
