NEEGO HP All-in-One Wireless Color Inkjet Printer, Print, Copy, Scan, Wireless USB Connectivity Mobile Printing 6 Feet Printer Cable

I bought this because it has a cable. Forget the instructions on linking to a phone or PC because it is not necessary. It did not work until after I used the cable to connect it to a PC. Not knowing that it was finally connected after several hours of tinkering with it, I think that I printed on someone's printer but not mine. Being in a public area, I do not trust the wireless connection. It functions as a gimmick to get you to buy more ink from HP. So ignore the very limited instructions. Other than that it works great.

It was easy to set up using my mobile phone (Android) but could not get it to work with laptops. I had to use tech support that eventually got it to work by installing drivers directly to the laptop. Also, I found late, that the printer does not have a feeder for scanning, you have to scan one document (page) at a time.

I like most things about this printer, but I don't like having to flip the paper over when doing 2 sided copies.

Setting it up was pretty easy once you figure out how to do it. That took some work.

You have to set it up with Blue Tooth WiFi to get it going at all. You CANNOT set it up with the USB cable, and then good luck figuring out how to scan anything. The print quality is good, and you can get six months worth of ink cartridges for free with it, and the Blue Tooth has to be left on for HP to know when to send new cartridges. So you get hooked in to their ink program with the offer of free six months worth. I chose the cheapest plan. Watch out, because they also, without you realizing it, hook you into. HP paper replacement program, because I've plenty of reams of paper for now. But I'm going to have to call tech to find out how this thing scans. It doesn't come with any directions for scanning and sparse directions for anything. I managed to get ti set up with Blue Tooth and then to plug in the USB cable to my desktop and the print quality is good. BUT, where the heck is the scan control. Lots of luck with that.

So the reason for a single star on tech support is due to the fact I haven’t had issues with it so I haven’t contact them. Everything is working wonderfully my old Kodak printer decided to stop working when I needed it the most so with a few days before due date I bought this and got it just in time. Easy to set up and work really enjoying it. Since getting it I’ve used it multiple times and it’s doing great

After a few glitches it was a snap for off grid applications and using starlink it’s awesome where there was no internet well now there is highly recommended

I don't like that there are no literary notices on the printer. It's just icons and I find it confusing. Also, it wouldn't print web pages from my chrome book. It scanned but would only print things from the cloud. I got a different laptop and it prints fine with that, but I'm having issues getting it to scan. I guess I have to use my chrome book to scan and my new laptop, which runs Windows 11, to print.
