Perfect for seedlings - recommend
These pots are exactly what I needed. I wanted solid sided pots (instead of cow pots / peat) to reduce water evaporation in my dry wood-stove heated house. Yes, people are right that they are thin - they are even finer than I myself expected! This comes first as a surprise when you go to pull the first pot away from the stack, and find that they are fit tightly together from how they were packaged and you need a way to grab them to separate them in a way that doesnt involve pulling from the pot sides (note the likely cause of the images of rumpled pots from other customer reviewers). Evolution has given many of us dexterity and fingers that allow us to pick apart the pots from the rims. I cursed a couple of particularly stuck pots, when it was hard to separate two, but then realize, darn it at this price point I could leave two pots doubled and not worry a thing. The pots never tore or cracked from any strain or grabbing. I am curious to know how the plastic will age - if I will be able to use them again for next year's seed starting / seeding growing. However, they really did the trick for me for my project this year. They are so low material, if I do need to scrap them at the time when I take the plants out, this is pretty low impact (I reduce my use of plastic as much as possible as it is). One thing to think of if I do need to dispose of half of them, I have lower risk of spreading disease and insects from year to year with pot reuse. These pots are so little plastic, I dont recommend taking the effort to sterilize before you next year's use of them. For the person talking about solo cups, sure... I guess.. if you have the time to put holes in the bottoms of so many. I think solo cups crack and tear however. The plastic in these pots is a little softer (less brittle) in nature.

Nice Pots!
When I received these, I had a few doubts because they seemed to be very flimsy but after using them, I ordered more. This will be my first season with them. I also ordered the trays and enjoy using those as well. I don't think I can go wrong for the price.

Gets The Job Done At A Great Price
I'm an active gardener and start my seeds early inside to get the most of the garden season (live in southern Texas where the high heat can shorten the garden season quite a bit). I bought these because I was tired of using the single use peat pots that are not only expensive but also don't break down well in the soil. I tried these last season and they worked out well, they were big enough to start the seeds indoors for 6-8 weeks prior to transplanting for most varieties, and the soil released easily to help prevent damage to the roots. I saved the pots and now using them for the second time to start my seeds for Spring. They are working well and I haven't had to throw any out due to damage. My only draw back is that the plastic is super thin. While I haven't had any problems yet some of the pots started crinkling at the bottom in storage so I don't know how many season I can reuse them. Either way great product for the price point and definitely helps keep gardening affordable.

Lasts longer than one might think...
I have been using the Red 4" & 6" pots since 2019, they are my go to pots. They are very thin, but hold up much better than one might expect. These are so much better than SOLO cups which don't hold up at all in the sun. I have pots from 5 years ago that I am still useing. I do go through them though, I just received 200 4" pots and they arrived in great shape. I use them for uppotting from starter plugs and direct sow of seeds. Their lightweight and low cost makes them suitable to swap-meet vendors, or the like. I often give my extra plants to friends in these pots. Overall, I've had a good experience with these pots and I am happy with my purchase...

Great starter cups
Great cups for seedlings or clones. Holes in the bottom for draining with raised edges so it allows airflow and water to drain.

Useful for a time
There were a lot of them but they did break surprisingly easily. However they did their job so good overall for short use.

Cheap and long lasting
I have had some of these pots for over 2 years and they are still going strong. They work great and have nice sized drainage holes. Plus, they are cheap enough that when I give plants away to friends I don't fret if they don't return the pot. Do they work miracles? No. Are they really good, long lasting pots that you can buy a bunch of for pretty cheap? Yes.

Thin and delicate, but fit for purpose
We have a small market garden and also sell starts in the Spring. These pots were definitely thin, but seeing the other reviews, I knew that when purchasing. These were purchased with the idea they would be pretty much disposable... purchased by our customers with starts that would go in the ground and the pot would then be tossed. The price is right and the product is attractive enough to sell with the plants. This fulfills the anticipated purpose. If you want something that you will be reusing, these may probably not be what you are looking for (although could if you take care not to crush them). We will probably purchase these again next year. If this review was valuable to you, please tag below as such - thanks!
