How many times can I use it and it be as effective as it was the first time?

I have used it 4+ times and its still as good as the first time.It seems as if it will hold up for quite a while.

Can these be used with a bathing suit?

Maybe a tight bathing top that covers the chest more. I would not recommend wearing with a bikini top, it would definitely show.

What size should I get if I’m a 32b?

I purchased the cup size I am, works well.

I’m usually a 34b however every strapless bra i’ve tried it doesn’t stay up. should i stick with the regular size for this or size down?

I would probably stay with your original size, I even found with my purchase I probably could have went up one cup size and it still would of had a good fit.
