Rev A Shelf - Known Great Quality
I bought this as i knew Rev A Shelf quality wouldnt disappoint. This was pretty simple to install, most of my issues coming from my own ability and tools. The bins are a decent capacity and it fit my cabinet perfect. The slides are nice and smooth ball bearings. The wood is a great touch and looks nice, though you only see it when you open the trash drawer.

Excellent product
Bought for my neighbor. Easy to install. Operates smoothly and quietly and very sturdy. I have had this same one in my house for over 10 years and still operates perfectly! Well worth it.

Excellent, but do need to install with some finesse!
I ordered this for our kitchen redesign. Cabinets are solid wood face, and 18 years old, so irreplaceable if i messed up. I did need to add blocking to the back of my cabinet because it is a counter deep one. I also waited to attach my new cabinet pulls until trash can was installed to get the handle placement right. Extremely sturdy, great slides, and rolls well(once i edited my cabinet face.) I did measure, but my old cabinets where just two millimeters off on each side(just enough that it didn't slide in and out without scraping). I fixed this by using a Dremel tool and "sanding" the two sides at the face install location on each side, ONLY where the bar was screwed. Trial and error made it take about an hour to install. I really love it now that it is in. I recommend a solid door pull, centered on cabinet for ease of use, as it still has a bit of friction.my own critical is the back bag is hard to get out when full, as the unit doesn't pull completely out. But I still love it. And the plastic bin sizes are a good size for a family of five.

Well made, but some issues with the documentation
The produce is very well made. The sliders are high quality and slide out fully. The wood parts that hold the containers are very well put together with dovetail joints just as you see in the ad, a reasonable mix of plywood and solid wood, and lacquer finish. And it comes assembled so you don't have to puzzle about that. The instructions are understandable, with very nice diagrams. My only complaint was that they did not mention anything some of my particular setup. I'll describe that here: For reference, the first image is a before image. I had to remove a shelf, and note that my cabinet doors are inset: the edges are cut so that they are partly inside the cabinet, if that makes sense. All the descriptions and drawings in the documentation were for flat doors that apparently close flat against the front panel of the cabinet. This resulted in a 3/8" gap (see the 4th image showing the cabinet door after installing the unit. Once I realized the problem, I removed the front screw where the sliders attach to the front panel, and screwed them in 3/8" farther into the cabinet. There is a slide at the back end of each slider that allowed me to move it back. The problem for me was that I had to install a block to screw into because the front panel was not thick enough. You can see the block in the 5th picture, looking down from the top. Now I was able to make the front door fit perfectly. I was confused by the instructions about how to screw the sliders into the front panel. You can see in figure 2 that the slider does not look like the diagram (their Fig E in step 4). The diagram doesn't show the ball bearing slide which obscures the rectangular holes. It took me a while to realize that I could adjust that slide as shown in image 3 to allow me to screw it to the frame. A final confusion was that the instructions include 3 ways to measure and install the front cabinet door. There are 2 ways in the main instructions, and I also got a second set of instructions just for installing the door with yet a different way. It was all very complicated so it was easier for me to ignore all 3 methods and just work it out on my own. Given the complications I described, and having to redo some things because of them, it took me several hours to install it, not the 30-40 minutes they mentioned. But I don't mean to complain too much about that because probably most people have to adjust some things. It is a very solid construction and I'm very pleased with it.

Good quality.
Good quality. I bought it 18” version. My cabinet was 20.25 so I had to install backing for the tracks but it works great and wife is happy.

Love! Excellent kitchen addition
I bought this because we our old one the slides broke And we couldn’t shut it. It was one of those anchor on the bottom wire ones. The orginal was installed in 2006 and til 2023. Which is good. However I didn't like the way those were set up and was looking for something different. I found this one. While it is more expensive than the wire ones I like this one way better. I like that the slides are on the top and holds the garbage cans from the top as well. In my opinion they slide better even when there is a ton of garbage and it doesn't fall behind. It is also super easy should something fall to get out instead of reaching behind the cans you just and to go under. Super easy to install. The only thing I do not like is the gap between the door and the holder. If you are not paying attention and have a small piece of garbage it will fall through the opening and you have to pick it back up.

High quality construction and okay installation.
We had to replace our second, base mounted metal slide out unit. A friend of ours had something like this and it just looked a lot nicer and more durable than what we had so we ordered this one. Very impressed with the quality of the wood and hardware. Made in China? Yes, but who cares.....it's very good quality and frankly better than I expected! As for price, it was actually about the same price I paid for the crappy one I had that my kitchen cabinet guy had to special order for me. From that perspective.....excellent value in my book. As for installation, yes, it's a bit tricky because you are working in a tight space and need to be able to get to the back of the cabinet. That said, it really isn't rocket science! Read the directions..........then read them again, and then again, and maybe again before you get started! Understand them and learn them before you start as opposed to trying to figure out what they mean on the fly. Go slow, measure everything three or four times, and have some patience. If you follow the directions, use a level, and measure distances properly it shouldn't take more than an hour or two. I had to redo things once or twice to get it just right but it looks great and works flawlessly. And I'm not a carpenter!!

Works great. Way better than the one that gets installed on the bottom of the cabinet. It's strong and holds the weight well.

This is a good quality garbage bin and the only drawback is it is not soft close. I had a hard time getting used to closing it myself. Good fit. easy installation. Love it.

The product is wonderful. We did however receive the wrong size. We ordered a smaller unit that would have fit into our existing cabinet and were very discerning about the size. The code was different and it was the next size up. We were on a time-line and my husband is very handy so he renovated to fit it under our counter. It was challenging but worked out well in the end.
