When will my hamper expire?

We ensure that all components in the hamper have a minimum shelf life of two weeks. Perishable items, such as cheese, should be refrigerated immediately upon delivery to maintain freshness.

How can I add a gift message?

You can add a gift message at checkout. Once you have added your item to your basket, proceed to checkout where you will have an option to 'add gift options' under the delivery details. This gift message will come affixed to the outside of the box.

Where is my delivery?

To track your order, go to 'Orders,' select your purchase, and click 'Track Package.' If your hamper contains alcohol, it cannot be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, valid ID is required upon delivery.
