I found the directions easy to understand and use Mixing the casting material was a little messy but was well worth the effort. My wife was blown away with the result. I would definately advise other people to use your product. It preserves wa beautiful memory forever.

I did this with my daughter and I was so pleased with the results. It looks amazing plus I ordered the casting kit for 2, for my 3 granddaughters to do this for Christmas for their mother. She will love it! I know because I love mine.

We did this as a date night almost 4 years ago. This is still a main art piece in our house and gets compliments all the time. It's survived multiple moves and still looks great.

I am pleased with the product and the directions but wanted to leave a review to let people know that they really need to pay attention to the air bubbles in the mold solution. Once we removed our hands, I could see bubbles in the mold which ultimately showed with the final product. THANKFULLY the bumps chipped off fairly easily but you can still see imperfections up close.

This was a fun and really cool anniversary idea. It came out really great and my wife loves it. There are tutorial videos you really should watch on YouTube prior to diving in to this project.they're not kidding when they say you have to work fast when making the mold. It sets really fast but you'll have enough time to pose your hands and get into the mold before it sets up. Also the lady in the video mixes the casting stone powder with her gloved hands. If you can go to the dollar store and buy a cheap whisk or beater blades I recommend going that route as I mixed the casting stone mix by hand quite well I thought and once I started pouring it into the mold there was still small lumps. The final result still came out great. Couldn't see any lumps or imperfections.If you want you can even paint it .

This came out better than I thought it ever would. The detail is amazing! It is such a great gift idea.With our hands in the bucket, it took about 8-10 minutes to set, much longer than anticipated. I did check temperature water beforehand and it was at 70 degrees before we dipped.One of our young kittens decided to come mess with us during the setting process and our hands ended up shifting twice. I'm thankful for the longer setting time as we were able to recover and make a very nice mold.

If you follow the instructions (not difficult) the detail is amazing. No toxic ingredients in the product.

The media could not be loaded. The final product turned out really great, we love it. We wanted to capture a moment in time to celebrate and remember our 20th wedding anniversary and purchased this kit. It was easy to use and the instructions were clear so we had no issues. The only thing I suggest to others is to use room temperature water instead of cold water when you’re at the step to mould your hands because it took almost 5 minutes for the mould to get hard instead of 1 minute like the instructions recommend.

This hand cast kit is great, it captures all the fine details of skin, rings, etc. Read the instructions carefully and make sure the water you use is not too cold when mixing both powders or it will take much longer for the cast mould and stone cast material to set...the warmer the water is, the faster both materials harden and set but be careful that the water is not too warm or you will not have enough time after mixing to position your hands properly in the moulding material. Great product for Valentine's Day or Anniversary, my wife and I love our cast. We put our "hand hold" cast into a glass dome display and put it on a power turn table so it slowly turns to see all sides of the hands cast. Keep some dry stone powder and put it aside just in case you need to do a small touch up when you reveil your "hand hold" cast.

Good product. Could use a better fill line on the bucket and a little deeper too. We made quite a mess. Got to many bubbles in the mould agent which left things on the hands that looked like warts. Got them off, so still overall a good product if you know these things.
