I have a Master Forge3218ltn, probably 6-7 years old and needed a new igniter for the center burner.These shipped quickly, were easy to replace, and appear to be more substantial than OEM. They spark well and immediately light the burner.My originals were riveted on, I simply rotated it upwards until it snapped the rivet-head off easy-peasy. The nut was easy to attach once I removed the burner itself - just a clip on the back of the grill and lift out - allowing me to reach through the now-vacated burner hole and feed the nut on. The most difficult task was wrapping the wire back around the central support tube so it was out of the way. Probably took me 20 minutes first time and guessing about 10 minutes afterwards.I hope they allow me to get a few more years until the entire grill collapses into a big red pile. The grill's exterior appears to have been made from rust resistant steel and remains in good shape, but the interior appears to have been made from rust receptive steel.

This was kinda of a serious pain to replace but I'm glad I did it. I replaced it on the Master Forge 3218LTN grill. Some technical stuff..As far as removing the old one, I used a dremel tool with a cut off wheel to remove the old one. I just buzzed off the screws and knocked off the remaining. I used a pair of needle nosed pliers to hold the nut in place while screwing in the screws. There's enough room to get in there from underneath and keep your face in the cooking area to see what you are doing. it plugs in on the right side (as you face the grill). It's behind the battery compartment. Good luck plugging it in.The face of the grill (the long section with the knobs for each burner) looked like it could be removed by taking out 2 screws on each sideI removed the 2 screws on the left side and 2 on the right side of the grill HOPING to get the face off, but it just allowed me enough room to force it out just enough to get it plugged in. I was cursing while I was doing it but i got it in there..all in all, I'm glad I replaced it

Great product and an exact fit for my Kenmore 148-16137110 grill. One request would be to increase the length of wire by 1/2 inch. The wire is barely long enough to connect to my 5th burner which sits out the farthest from the igniter. Most of the original screws were seized and needed to be drilled out.

Bolted right in place of the electrode on my Lynx grill. 3" long from flange to tip which is what I needed to extend over my Pro Sear burner. Has holes (bolts included) on both sides of flange but my grill only uses one but it's rock solid. Fires up like a new grill, love it! And wire was almost 20" long, way more than I needed but better to be too long than too short. And I should mention that flange is fixed, you can't alter the length of the electrode.
