I am using this not for its' intended purpose. Most window and door expanding foam sprays aren't really great stuff for repelling water. Those are great at stopping a draft but if you use them on an exterior wall and water gets in the other foam sprays they act a bit like a sponge and will hold the water rather than repel it. This Red Devil 0916 Foam & Fill Landscape Adhesive Foam actually seems to be really closed cell foam that blocks out the water. I checked by spraying some excess between where my brick and some wood siding meet and cutting off the excess once it cured. I placed the cut of excess foam in a bucket of water for three days and it didn't seem to have absorbed any water. Every other brand that is actually marketed for windows door or gaps has shown me to never use them if the wall is in contact with brick as those foams actually act like a sponge and hold some water rather than completely repel it like this Red Devil Foam and Fill landscape Foam does. It is also UV resistant so won't turn that god awful yellow that every other expanding foam seems to do once it has had a few weeks of any sun exposure. Places that were at or above eye level the black foam is a bit obvious but I even was able to prime and paint over it like it isn't even there. The places that were left just as it looked when i sprayed it out of the can are still the same color black even after sitting in direct sunlight for a few months now.

Great stuff, easy to use and completely functional. This was used to re-adhere flagstone to the top of a rock based retaining wall in my patio. Originally, the flagstone was adhered using white silicon adhesive and failed completely when any pressure was applied to the stone. This stuff works fast and solidly. We've had people sit on the rocks, to my chagrin, and it held! We've also been through a relatively wet winter and this stuff has proven to be weather and water resistant.

Works as described but had one can spray foam nonstop, even after removing the cap/nozzle. Extremely difficult to remove from skin. Do not smear if it gets on anything, let it dry first as it’s much easier to clean up. Very sticky and holds solid when dry. Dries pretty quick as well, and can be manipulated within a half hour to get the shape you want.

This landscape foam is exactly what I needed. I had a crevice in a tree, which yellowjackets would try to build a nest in every year. The tree is in a high traffic area, so I had to find a permanent solution to keep the yellowjackets away. This foam was easy to use, and perfectly filled in the crevice. No more yellowjackets, I wish I had used this years earlier.

I brought this pond foam sealer to fill in the gaps and voids behind the liner in my pond esp along the edge of huge boulders and hope it can keep the liner in place. It seems to be holding the liner in the beginning, however, not anymore after 3 months. The liner is now separating from the foam sealant with big noticeable gaps. Plan B is now in work and some water proof glue is needed.

1) Entire can must be used in one go. The foam will harden in the nozzle as soon as it sits still. I did try using acetoner to keep the straw clear for re-use but wasn't successful. 2) I also bought extra straws online but this can doesn't use the same attachment so they couldn't be used to extend the life. 3) not black. It's dark grey and shiny 4) splattered and ruined my clothes with dark stain. This is a LOT messier than regular spray foam. 5) 30% increase from one month ago. Is this foam made of eggs?

I used this on my driveway crevice to the house. Filled the gap and seems waterproof. Good on my concrete. Highly recommend.
