Most comfortable
I’m disabled and had 8 surgeries on my back and 1 on my hip over 7 months and was jn the hospital 4.5 of those months. It’s been nearly impossible for me to get comfortable - truly. Chairs, beds, cars, sofas, recliners, etc. - none of them helped me. Today my adult daughter put this chair together in less than 30 minutes. Granted, when she was a little girl she could put together a 500 piece Lego set in no time at all, yet she mentioned it was really straightforward to assemble the chair. While my back still cannot tolerate leaning against most anything, the mesh material has a lot of give and since it is mesh it does not generate heat that hurts my back, so it makes a huge difference. Plus, with my hip surgery (it was the 5th one I’ve had, and 11 dislocations of the same) the lumbar support center, the give/bounce to the chair and again the mesh material gave all made a big difference to my body that has many effects from the traumas. It’s wonderful, truly. Last thing, the head rest is really an unexpected pleasure and brilliant addition to this type of chair. Oh, and for the kids in all of you like the one who still comes out of this 60 year old body, loves the ease of just rolling around the room on a hardwood floor. Obviously, I recommend it highly. Imagine what my rating would be if I were not disabled and wanted this to be my desk char or office chair. Enjoy!

Great Chair, Great Price
This chair is great, 5 stars all around. The mesh is WAY better than leather or fabric, way more breathable and feels like your floating. I got this chair because my old gaming chair was starting to hurt my tailbone. After sitting in this for two weeks, no more pain down there. This was one of, if not the only chairs that was fully mesh, had a headrest, and adjustable lumbar, everything I wanted! The lumbar support is great and works really well. There are only 6 steps to putting this thing together, took me about 25min. The only hard part was the headrest, but after using some elbow I was able to get it on. Wheels glide around on my chair mats really well and the chair leans back pretty far. The tilt lock is only in certain sections, so only some angles will lock, unfortunately. I would HIGHLY reccomended this chair, can't say enough good things about it.

Good support
I was looking to replace my home office chair which provided poor support and therefore caused posture and back problems. I have a mesh chair at work that is very comfortable and supportive, so I looked for something similar at local stores. Didn't find one there, so I gambled on this one. I was a little nervous because I wanted to "try before buy". In addition, there were only 16 reviews at the time of my purchase. This chair isn't as "high end" as my office chair at work, but it's better than the options I saw at stores and I'm reasonably satisfied for the price. The assembly was pretty quick and straightforward; the only difficulty was mounting the headrest. The parts did not align well, so we had to trim back some of the plastic. That said, the parts are heavy and sturdy. Seems to be quality materials. The best features are the adjustable back support (which I have not seen on most models) and the headrest. Altogether, I am able to work at my desk for long periods of time with excellent back and posture support. My only complaint is that the mesh feels more "plastic-y" than "fabric-y". That's the only shortcoming versus my desk chair at work. Overall, it's a keeper.

Happily surprise
I am really happy with this comfortable, practical and cost effective chair; even though I was hesitant to buy an office chair without sitting on it. A flimsy box arrived without instructions but all the parts were there. Assembling took me a good hour and I almost gave up on the head rest. That was the hardest thing to assemble. Husband had to help, when trying and trying to place head rest in place, a little piece of the hard plastic broke up but it finally popped in place somehow. I’ve been spending a lot of time sitting in my office and this chair helps me to sit up properly therefore, no more back pain. I would highly recommend it.

This box has definetly been opened.
I’m not sure if everything is in this box or not but it’s obvious the tape on this box is already cut, and you can see that the cardboard has been ripped off the side from someone having already removed the tape. Fingers crossed that everything is in it because this is a Christmas gift for my wife

Buy this chair. Don’t hesitate.
I previously purchased three different office chairs trying not to spend a lot of money. Each one either fell apart and all were very uncomfortable. Working at home full time requires a good quality chair. This rivals my $1500 chair at work. The first day I used this I felt energized and my rear didn’t hurt. Awesome chair. I bought the rollerblade wheels that are available on Amazon and they are great. Wish I would have bought this first. It would have saved me a lot of aches and pains. So many adjustments to it that it is more customized than my chair at the office.

A quality office chair that is easy to assemble
This is a very nice office chair. It was easy to assemble despite not coming with any instructions. I just started from the ground up and I was finished in about 15 minutes. It comes with the single tool needed to tighten the Allen head screws. It also comes with a packet of extra screws for just in case. The only small issue is that the arm pads are made of a rigid vinyl that is not soft. This is an easy small problem to fix. I'd buy one again.

Rolling ergonomic chair
My husband put this together fairly easy. He likes it because the mesh let his skin breathe when he is sitting long stretches at a time in front of the computer. The neck support also has slight tilting along with a side level for height adjustment. It is on wheels so if you are easily thrown off balance, you need to make sure you are well seated.

EDIT 2: Almost 2 months later, this is chair is so good I sometimes want to sleep in it rather than my bed! Imagine that. ______________________________________ EDIT 1: 1 month later, still the best chair ever! ______________________________________ Just received the chair, took 30 mins to assemble. I am the least manually inclined person ever and the absolute opposite of handy. For God's sake, I don't even own tools! My tool is the keyboard and that's it. So that should tell you how easy it is to assemble this chair. Also, I was so impatient, I didn't even spot the manual in the box and went with my gut and basic common sense to put it together. Therefore again, a cakewalk. Now as regards comfort. First off, the best substitute for the famous Herman Miller Aeron chair. It comes in 10x cheaper. That's right, it's 10 times cheaper than the Aeron, and just as comfortable. Consider this: just the Aeron headrest will set you back as much as this amazing chair. So huge value for the price. My measurements: 5'10", 187 lbs, or 178 cm, 85 kg. Not endowed with a wide ass, so plenty of space on the seat, left and right. The back rest can be mounted at different distances from the seat, so if you want to tuck your tush further in, just mount the back rest a little further out. The whole chair is full mesh: the seat, the back, and the headrest. And that's exactly what you want if you are going to sit in a warm or hot environment. The headrest can be adjusted along 2 axis, up and down, and the angle relative to your neck/head position. Does the job nicely, and like the rest of the chair, very comfortable releasing pressure from key pressure points. In fact, I never thought I'd say this, but this chair is so comfortable I almost want to sleep in it! Crazy. Same goes for the lumbar section: adjustable up and down, and forward/backward. Now, if you want to nitpick, the arms can only be adjusted up/down, and out/in. No forward/backward or changing the horizontal angle of the arms, in other words, the arms will always be parallel with the edges of the seat. So no 4D adjustments, only 2D, that is, only adjustments possible in 2 spatial dimensions. With the push of a button, you get smooth and precise vertical adjustments. Out or in adjustments require you to adjust the screw positions that fasten the arms to the chair, which are located under the seat. That being said though, if you have a medium build like I do, the default positions of the screws work just fine and you never have to worry about it again after assembling the chair. But if you are wide of body, you will have to position the screws in the most outward position in the grooves under the seat. Not a deal breaker IMHO because if you consider the overall quality or comfort the chair provides, it trumps any of the small imperfections a dedicated nitpicker might be able to find. This is a tool that allows you to sit in perfect comfort all day and all night without back pain, or any pain at all, and isn't that the whole point after all? Keep in mind I have been using the chair only for about 3 days now. If you are still on the fence and not sure whether you should spring for it, check this space again in a month. If there is no update, it means that everything I just wrote still stands. If something were to break or some weird flaw turn up, I will edit this review. But so far, this chair feels like the best buy ever, bar none!!

Excellent support with a firm back and seat. The 4-way adjustable lumbar support is the key to getting a really good fit. You might set it and forget it, but setting that initial perfect fit is so important. There was a crack in the seat when it arrived. One email to customer service and a replacement seat was delivered very quickly. Customer service is great. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Was looking so forward to getting the chair especially after seeing the great reviews. You figure that with all these great reviews and the money spent you would receive a package with all the parts in it. The seat, gas lift cylinder and mounting screws are nowhere to be found. Where is the quality control when this gets shipped. Now I have to take time out of my day to repackage everything and then drop it off at a UPS station. Very disappointed!!
