Can the ring be engraved?

It's a very hard material that I couldn't change it's size, but I think it can be engraved with the help of a specialist and an advanced tool.

How many times is it dipped/ plated in rose gold?

Couldn't tell you that, I can tell you it turns fairly quickly (less than a month), and looks horrible then.
