5 episodes full of colour and detailed description of how plants survive and flourish. A fascinating series, well worth watching over and over again. Highly recommended.

These David Attenborough BBC nature docs just get better and better. The UHD on the bbc iplayer was great, but the 4k blu ray picture is another level. Especially if you have an excellent TV & player.

Had just bought a new hybrid quantum dot oled. This essentially acts as a showing off tool. Have been watching Attenborough since tge original Life on Earth series and despite that you always find something you haven't seen before with the new releases. Only minor complaint, and seems to apply to all of the newer releases that have dolby atmos. Unlike almost every other title which will default to atmos, with the bbc wildlife series you have to go and switch it on in the sound preferences menu. Bit odd

If you have a 4k blu ray player then this is just outstanding,picture and sound

The programme is absolutely stunning, which is presented and narrated by the great national treasure in Sir David Attenborough

Relax and be immersed in understanding....

One of the best documentaries on plants ever made and the best in the line of BBC documentaries about planet earth. The Dolby ATMOS background sound coupled with David Attenborough's masculine voice and stunning 4K videography above and underwater using advanced UHD cameras have no match, what the Green Planet production team has produced. The plants preying and being preyed on for survival have never been captured to such pristine detail completely mesmerizing the audience. A must-have collection item for all nature lovers. Super Bildqualität und Kameraführung.

This is a truly remarkable natural history docu-series, and probably the best natural history treatments plants have ever gotten. BBC put the same intensity and effort put into series like Planet Earth or Dynasties into this series. Plants are unusual, and in many ways have behaviors like animals. They can communicate, they can defend themselves, and they can move (thanks to time-lapse videos). This series gave me a new appreciation for plants.
