dry out grey pen, but the other two colors were ok!

Markers are dry. I live in the middle of nowhere and my nearest UPS is an hour away, so traveling and also having to pay to return them is not feasible. Very disappointing. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do if I can't get functional Cricut markers via mail order. I guess it'll have to wait until I make a trip to a big city--whenever that'll be. Major bummer as a first-time Cricut user.
