I found that if you can put it on the window and never remove it, it will last a lot longer. As soon as you start moving it, that original seal gets broken and it's game over. Do it once and leave it!

My original mount lost all of its stickiness so I got this as a replacement. It’s the exact same as the original mount. I’ve yet to have this new one fall off my windshield like my original did, and it’s been mounted for a year now. Hard to really say but the magnet that holds the radar might honestly even be stronger than my original as well, so not a single complaint from me. Will definitely buy another if I ever need.
