I can say I've noticed my skin has become clearer while taking this Blue Lily Essentials black seed oil at the suggested 2 softgels serving. I can also say it has kept my immune system in good shape. I don't feel any colds or flu when I'm around others with the symptoms.I can also attribute my good health to healthy eating habits as well as having a positive outlook on life in general. I believe we should do as much as we can to assist our bodies to maintain homeostasisin order to avoid severe illness down the line.The BSO softgels are small and easy to swallow. I suggest taking them with food or a meal.I do recommend this brand to others.

I did not receive this discounted or for free! It's a GREAT product. I recently had to start taking meds for my diabetes. My doc started me with Metformin, going from 500mg to 1500 mg over the course of 3 weeks. After a month and a half I had to quit--my body could not tolerate the side effects. It was hard to eat anything, I had constant stomach pain and diarrhea--almost incontinent. Then she switched me to Glipizide--much lower chance of GI problems. Well--it was WORSE! I couldn't sleep through all the gut pain and couldn't keep anything in my stomach. I quit taking it after 1 week.Both meds also did not control my blood sugar very well. The Metformin halped more than the glipizide. The glipizde actually made my BG go UP. (Starting in Dec, when I began checking at home my BG was anywhere from 190-250! More often over 200. On 1500 mg of Metformin my lowesst fasting BG was 167--and that was only once or twice. More often in the 170's or 180's and often still around 200 or more. Glipizde--numbers were over 200 every day--around 220's. On the Black Seed Oil--I have been going consistently down--with only a couple spikes a couple days into the 190's, but more often in the 160's and today was 158! My lowest morning BG ever!I have now been taking only Black Seed Oil and my fasting BG numbers are the best they've been in a year--with no side effects other than positive ones!! I've only slightly tweaked my diet--and that tweak happened when I started the Metformin and I'm not really exercising as much as I should still--and yet it went down. So I am pointing strongly at the Black Seed oil! And this company seems like a really good one. Talked to the owner, very nice and helpful. They are currently out of stock on the softgels but will have more in about 6 wks.

I have never used Black Seed Oil. I chose this brand because I wanted to try it and this one was a great price, organic, non-gmo and cold pressed. I actually bought it because I read that it might help reverse graying hair - but then I found out it has multiple health benefits. The one that I notice right away is that it has reduced my inflammation and my digestion has improved. This is great because I have tried multiple other products for these issues and they are usually costly. I have only been using this for a few days but I am very excited about the results so far! I will post an update in a few months.

Black seed oil is essential for the immune system system and inflammatory response. BlueLily brand is a good value. Now I realize that each capsule only contains 500 mg (not 1000 mg) as I believed. Previously I had purchased another brand 1250 mg capsules. Chances are I'll purchase BlueLily brand again.

This is the best quality Bleck seed oil I ever tried.The ingredients are all organic and caused no harm to my stomach (no stomach upset at all), and because Black seed oil is good in controlling blood sugar, strengthening the immune system, and prevent/manage cancer of all kinds I will continue to reorder this (I already subscribed with my Amazon account) and got an extra 5%-10%.

I am sad to report that this gave me really bad cystic acne breakouts. It doesn't make sense, because I understand it should do the opposite. Stopped taking it a few times, and the started again, and it happened each time. I really really want to add black seed oil to my diet for all of the incredible health benefits based on all of the current trending research on this natural oil. Not sure whether to give up or try another brand. But I still have bad discoloration and new acne scars on my face so I'm not sure I want to risk it. I have tried a few different black seed oil soft gels and capsules. I love this for the size, taste and better for me that its organic. Great quality product and a great price. I'm buying this one again:)I will keep you posted on how I feel but for now better with more energy.

I couldn't finish the bottle - these pills created terrible body odor.At first I literally got down on the floor and looked under my desk TO SEE IF A PIECE OF MEAT OR A RODENT WAS ROTTING down there, in an attempt to locate the horrid stench.Eventually realized it was my body odor after taking this at normal dosage. Was able to confirm it only happened when I took this, and it happened each time. Threw the rest in the trash. No possible health benefit is worth stinking like a rotting corpse.
