I'm an experienced youth coach (15 years). The content is probably a little advanced for most youth coaches, but I was able to take what was provided in this book (and others) and build a no-huddle system for my kids. The key is to tailor to your level.I ran the no-huddle this year with success. Turns out our officials couldn't move at the same pace we could, so we didn't get full benefits of the hurry up... but we still went exclusively no-huddle because it was easy and it really helped speed up practice.Overall, I liked the book. I felt that it could have been presented a little better, so I gave it 4 stars.I would recommend this book to anyone considering the no-huddle. I think it gives you enough information that you can - with a little additional research - develop a system that works for you.

I got some good ideas from this book, including how to get scout defense looks in practice. Is it a complete offensive book? No but you as a coach will get different bits and pieces from books you read. If you are interested in getting ideas to go no huddle and up-tempo, this is the book for you.

Coach McElroy does a great job explaining all of the different ways to implement the No-Huddle. This book definitely added to my know of the No-Huddle.

I am considering running the no-huddle next year and found many great tips on how to achieve our goal inside this book.

Very thorough book that goes into great detail with regard to a modern system of football. It is a simple read that is easy to understand
