Good supplement for me

I take this to prevent and heal heart issues. It's like an insurance plan. I believe it helps clear blood clots, and heart damage if youve had any. It always makes me feel so good and i like putting it in my food. I read spicy foods help block pain in the body too. I actually do feel that it helps my energy.

I’m trying taking 2 of these a day, again. My first try is noted below. So, I took one at 9 am and a second at 3pm. Each time, I slowly drink a large glass of water to wash them down. I’ve found that the water offsets the pill not washing down and heartburn. As a cautionary note- I took one a few weeks ago without a full glass of water, it stuck in my esophagus and was very uncomfortable, eyes watering, took 20 minutes to right. They DO feel curb my appetite! I HAVE A 2nd bottle and will order a 3rd! First attempt: I took 1 in the AM and a 2nd mid day. But, began to notice low level heartburn. Shifting to taking 1 capsule daily, in the AM, works best for me. There’s not a significant cut in appetite. But, it’s enough to make taking these worthwhile.

I think this product was a good value for the money. I have bought it twice. I can't tell if it is actually the 500 mg that it says it is but cayenne is supposed to be very good for the body for the blood and many other things. If you are an older person you might want to eat it with some dried fruit or after a meal. Maybe younger people will not be bothered by eating on an empty stomach. I will keep buying it unless its price goes up substantially. I take two per day.

Wish I could review on how well it helps BP but I can’t seem to find out due to heartburn. No fault of the product tho. I don’t eat spicy foods so I knew this would be a challenge to keep down. Delivered quickly and product is fresh and spicy lol

The product arrived as described. But I'm suffering from a very painful reaction. My esophagus and stomach are hurting so bad. It hurts to drink water. Its painful to eat. I stopped taking it two days ago and I'm regretting everything starting it. The pain is like a chemical burn. Only nonstop. I don't know what I was thinking. This was a horrible idea.
