I love that these come in 316 stainless, most other brands only offer 304, which is not great for high salinity fermentation. They look great, and they are light enough for me to handle comfortably. I only wish they came with heavy weights that could keep veg down, but I'm guessing most people may use them for liquid fermentation. Overall nice quality and seller has been quick to respond whenever I had any questions.

Pot had a dented rim on the lid. Lid will not seal properly. Cannot ferment or distill with this. Waste of money

I wish the stainless was a little heavier gauge but in all this is a pretty good fermenter. I would buy it again. In fact I will buy it again if I ever want to do 2 fermentations at once.
