Drain Key Stainless Steel Lifting Hook for Drain Grate Daily Clean, 2 Pack

I had a jammed shower drain cover. I purchased these due to the hook size. When they arrived, they looked puny. I tried them with a screwdriver through the handle loop to increase pull. IT WORKED! The hook did not bend with about 80-100lbs of pull.

Essential for lifting if you have a tiled, horizontal drain cover. Easy to use and works perfectly.

It works!! I don’t know if the installers for my infinity drain mistakenly discarded the hook to remove the drain but this helps to lift it up easily.

The new drains these days are great so long as you have a way to open them. Having a hair collector already in the drain makes a great flowing drain but that’s only when you have a key to getting the top grate off. This works perfectly for my non name brand shower drains. I have two in my new main shower which my husband calls the car wash. Our drains were getting slow and water started backing up into the shower floor, we couldn’t find anything that was the right size to get the grate off. We started hating our dual shower with a rain head one the middle. It was like taking a beautiful shower in a mud puddle. The first tool I ordered was way to thick to fit the grate and then we purchased this one and it worked wonderfully. Now we keep one in the shower and one in the bathroom drawers. We love our shower again it’s the first one my husband doesn’t have to maneuver to get under the shower head. With the hair catching drains it keeps the drains flowing only if you have the right tool to lift the little grate and now we do woohoo.

Should be pretty handy and it is very strong for pully up all kinds of items such as a pool drain channel.

Works amazingly

I couldn't remove the drain cover so I could clean the drain basket. This tool made removal super easy. It is the perfect size to complete the task! I highly recommend this product!!

It does what is supposed to do.

It works. As its exactly as pictured. But expensive for what it is. Its a metal pirce in a certain shape, twice. That's it. I needed to remove schluter drains in our bathrooms. This helps.
