Good quality. Easy to fill up and organize for decorations. It looks really good and shiny when it's up.

This was a nice decorating set. Stringing the banners took some time but wasn’t difficult. I laid out the lettering on the floor, which was quite sturdy, and easily “sewed” them on the string with the included plastic needle. My only complaint would be the confetti balloons aren’t as pictured on the product page. The confetti just laid at the bottom with a few random ones stuck to the side of the balloon. However, one of them randomly popped and confetti rained down. That was funny.

Loved this set! Exactly what I wanted for my moms birthday. They included everything that was needed and I was impressed with the quality. Only surprise was that you have to assembly with banners yourself so be sure to plan some time ahead to do that. I did have some difficulty inflating the metallic numbers since the part you poke is difficult to get right but once done everything looked beautiful and held up great!

The banners are cute. Very easy to assemble. I love that this came with a plastic needle to help thread the letters. Two of the mylar balloons came with holes in them, so I couldn't even use them. The ones that didn't have holes held up great though.

These are a one time use item. Nothing high quality but cute.

Very disappointed paid $20 to have the 50 balloon filled up with helium got to the party only to find there had been a slow hole in the zero. Could not use the balloons and was a waste. The 2 small hanging banners were ok but were a pain to string definitely was over the entire kit by the end..

So disappointing. I saved the package of decor until the day of my sisters 40th birthday, the “4” to the “40” popped, it wasn’t even blown up all the way, followed by 3 balloons popping after 2 seconds of starting the helium (nothing was overfilled) lastly, there was not enough string for the “happy birthday” decor, the remaining balloons I was able to blown up sunk to the ground after an hour, we taped them upside down to at least use them as decor. Be careful buying this, it was a really stressful ordeal when we were rushing to set up this surprise birthday and the entire package had issues. In my opinion, pick another brand.
